Phoenix Tower International Signs New $6.5 Billion Multi-Jurisdiction Financing

– (Immediapress) – BOCA RATON, Fla., Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Phoenix Tower International (“PTI”), a leading global wireless communications infrastructure provider, announced today that it has signed a new $6.5 billion multi-jurisdiction financing to consolidate its existing loans and provide substantial additional capacity to support further growth across both existing and new markets globally.

The transaction comprises $5.365 billion equivalent term loan facilities, $635 million equivalent delayed draw term loan facilities and a $500 million revolving credit facility, and spans all of PTI’s 23 jurisdictions across Europe, Latin America, the Caribbean, and the United States. Proceeds from the facilities will be used to: (i) repay existing indebtedness, including related fees and expenses; (ii) fund capital expenditure requirements and acquisitions; and (iii) fund working capital requirements. The transaction is targeted to close by the end of September.
